Please read these terms before creating an account, posting a request, or contacting another member.

1. About BagCarry
BagCarry is an online platform where members can publish travel routes or luggage requests and communicate with one another. BagCarry does not itself transport items, arrange a courier, inspect packages, verify identities, provide insurance, or guarantee that a trip or delivery will happen.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else's account without permission.
3. Posts and messages
You are responsible for the information you post and the messages you send. Describe routes, dates, available capacity, and items honestly. Do not post misleading offers, spam, harassment, or content that violates another person's rights.
4. Items and travel rules
You must check the laws, customs requirements, airline rules, and other rules that apply to your route and item before making any arrangement. Do not offer or request transportation of illegal, dangerous, prohibited, or improperly declared items. A traveler should know exactly what they are being asked to carry and may refuse any item.
5. Arrangements between members
Members decide independently whether to contact one another and whether to make an arrangement. Confirm the item, route, dates, handover location, any applicable costs, and responsibilities directly with the other person. BagCarry does not currently process payments or hold money in escrow.
6. Safety
Use caution when dealing with someone you meet through the platform. Check the other person's identity and the item independently, protect your personal information, and stop communicating if something seems suspicious. Read our Safety Guidance before making an arrangement.
7. Platform availability
We may update, restrict, or discontinue platform features and remove content or accounts that violate these terms or create a safety concern. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every post and message is accurate.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Please review it when you use BagCarry.
